We offer mediation in English, Czech and French. We focus on mediation for expats and foreigners/bilingual couples.

Mediation x Court procedure

The advantage of the mediation is that it’s confidential and cost effective. Timing and extend of mediation is in the hand of clients. Mediation is not limited to one issue only, but offers a complex approach, process of mediation and decision making are driven by the participants.

The strength of our team is in each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.

We are mediators registered with the Czech Ministry of Justice, for general and for family mediation. We have expertise in legal matters as well as in the construction industry. We comply with The Czech Mediation Act No. 201/2012 Coll. and The European Code of Conduct of Mediators. We have provided over XY mediations to more than XY clients, with many positive outcomes.

Our experience includes working with clients from: the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Canada, Spain, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Austria, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, New Caledonia, Algeria, Austria.
